This photo was taken in Cusco, Peru high on the hillside overlooking the city from the ruins of Sacsayhuaman. The Cristo Blanco (White Christ) stands 25 meters tall and was a gift from the Palestine Arabs to the people of Cusco. At night the statue is lit and can be seen from the Plaza de Armas as a guardian of the historic city.
