Great pictures! We’re on a 6 month trip through South America and made sure to stop in Maipu as well! Great experience but wished the weather were a bit cooler. It was high-90′s when we were biking!

There are several different wine regions in the area. Maipu, the one we visited is only one of many. The Uco Valley and Lujan de Cuyo are also popular. The only vineyards I could recommend would lie in the Maipu region, and even then we only visited ones we could access on bikes. I do recommend visiting the “Vines of Mendoza wine tasting place and spend some time there asking your server those questions.

These are really great pictures! I most especially love those jars hanging on the wall of he wine museum. They are shiny and really well taken care of. It is a very beautiful and neat wine vineyard too.
