In Egyptology, the Lily represents the forces of nature:
the roots are embedded in Earth

the flower emerges fom the Water
into a breath of Air
and is given life by the Fire of Ra.

Zantedeschia aethiopica.
In Brazil we call it “Copo de Leite”. In English I believe it’s called “Lily of the Nile”. =)
